I used to b in the European server and I loved it while I was going through the PVE game. Eventually I ascended and I realised dragon's lair was empty. When I got to HOH I thought I was in the wrong place as only 2 districts existed and nobody was in them. Surely there would be hundreds of people trying to win us the favour but I guess not.
This lead me to believe I was not even at the right place. After days of trying to form a reasonable group I was advised to switch to american server. Finally I could play my beloved HOH with a good team. Any good members in my guild and on my friend list are on american server even though thy are mostly European. The Europeans are realising america has more people so can get the favour more offen so change to america.
Something must be done as the European server will eventually be empty.

I would like to say that i am stuck on euro server (used all my territory moves, don't ask) and i am very pissed off. By the time i play most of the misson areas are empty, in tombs there are a few weak Pug's, arena is empty not to mention team arena and because i finished the pve content i don't see any reason to continue playing GW!

In Europe (the district) the game is almost dead. If nothing happens soon European servers may close as well within 2 months...

A few simple things - The PvE side of the game blows. Simple as that.

The PvP side basically comes down to whoever has the most gold for good items. ( the best items. )

The whole economy is elitest and Messed up real bad. Its got worse. Players dislike parties due to the poo item dropping style, and you get more/better items if you solo. Stupid stupid game tbh, so much potential and they messed it up.

Easy : those zones are PvE only, makes their access based ona PvE quest. And give players who wins in HoH some PvP rewards.

Actually you can't really go by just how many districts there are. Try visiting all of them and you will notice many are pretty barron. They just haven't shut them completely down until those in them leave. I've tried to go to several that tell me that I can't go because that district is being shut down though it still shows as an active list.

Perhaps 5 ou 6 times en FoW, 2 times in UW. I'm playing for about 4 month.

About one time a week, sometimes 2 or 3, sometimes never. I'm playing between 9pm and 1am, 4 or 5 times a week, and in the afternoon during the weekend.

No, me and my guild are more interested in PvE game. I try sometimes, but without a regular team it isn't possible to go very far...

Perhaps if a team needs less consecutive victory to have the favour, each continent will have it more times, but I think it isn't normal that an acces to a PvE zone is earn with a PvP competition...

Im from the good old UK and i'm frustrated by european players migrating to US servers to 'farm' FOW & UW. The good news is that 105/55 build monks are now nerfed and farming will become more dependent on team work and not soloing.

Surely if the european players migrate to the US servers then eventually the euro servers will become ghost towns? I just think this would be a down right shame. Wouldn't it be good if the european players would get together and fight together collectively instead of just converting to US servers and admitting failure? That's a more reasonable post than your last few, but the truth of the matter is that Europe was pretty much doomed before the game was even released.

That's not admitting failure. That's pretty much a realistic summation, considering that US and Korea got hold of the game first, and the ratios of players in those areas is much higher than Europe could ever hope to attain.

Add to that, the language barriers that constrain PUGs in ToPK, and the terrible lag that Europe was enduring, I decided that the server wasn't right for me. No cowardice, no "assumed loyalty", no nothing. I just wanted to experience the game as a co-operative MMORPG. If I wanted to show my support, I'd go watch a football match.

what happened is that the preorder were available way after the US preorder package but the release itself was the same as any other continent/country...

Not quoting anyone. Or badmouthing any country (except france), Did it ever occur to us americans that europe is in different TIME ZONES>>>> so when the majority of us are on 3pm-12pm(estimated) The europeans are either asleep or working/school. Sorry if that was too simple.

The game is called GUILD WARS.
If your guild wins HoH, you get a sigil and can get a Guil Hall. Now you can play GvG, the high lvl for pvp (not counting buying a sigil).

A GUILD should be able to gain favor of the gods and have access to UW/FoW in a pve way:

Say, a quest, were your guild gets favor of one god for access to his realm (for 3 times / one hour, whatever). This quest is repeatable.

Or, there are 6 quests, one for each god. Each gives an item, all six presented to <insert gods name here> gives permanent access to his map.
(or quest has to be done by each primary profession.
Guild log:Miracu Lix has gained Lyssas favor for the guild!)

If the goup entering a WaW map have to be from the same guild, or from guilds with the same favor(s), I leave open.

Just an idea, discuss...

I've changed to America 15 days ago and don't regret it. Finished 2 chars and waiting 2 days to be able to get in uw fow at impossible hours is not a option.

Just a shame I waited for 25 minutes to get in a team to FoW only for the team leader to run off and pay........and we found ourselves in UW
